One $150 service call covers the repair job and includes the first 15 minutes of labour.
Most repairs are diagnosed and completed within 30 minutes. Additional labour is $40 per 15 minutes.

If parts need to be ordered and we return to complete the repair, there is no additional service call fee — you only pay for the parts and additional labour.

Yes, we offer a 3-month peace-of-mind warranty on all labour performed. Parts are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 12 to 24 months.
What if you don't have the part required?
If a specific part needs to be ordered, we won't charge you a second service call fee. You only pay for additional labour and the part itself once we return to complete the job.
Is there a call-out fee?
Our flat $150 service call fee covers the initial diagnosis and the first 15 minutes of labour. We believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden surprises.
