We believe in straightforward pricing with no unnecessary surprises. You’ll know our service and labour rates upfront before work begins.

Appliance Repair Service Call — $150

Our $150 service call includes:

• Call-out to your property

• Up to 15 minutes of labour

• Advice on the best repair option

• No additional call-out fee if we need to return with an ordered part*

Additional Labour

Any diagnostic or repair time beyond the first 15 minutes is charged at $40 per additional 15 minutes.

We’ll discuss any additional work required before proceeding.

Parts

Replacement parts are charged separately where required.

Where a part needs to be ordered, we’ll provide you with the cost before proceeding with the repair.

Returning With Parts

If we need to order a part and return to complete your repair, you won't be charged another service call fee.

You’ll only pay for the required part and additional labour to complete the repair.

For your convenience, we accept:

• Credit & debit cards

• Bank transfer

• Cash

Payment is required on the day of service and must be completed at the time of the appointment.

A receipt or tax invoice will be provided for all payments.
